So yes I do have a Personal account which when i received the message I tried to change it to the Business Account and found it difficult. I am willing to transition to a business account. My GoDaddy email address through Outlook is expiring in a few days, however, I thought since I have MS 365, would I be able to transition that email address to my MS 365 when it expires or before it expires. Initially what I wanted to do was to transition an email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) from an expiring GoDaddy account to my 365 account and after several attempts I saw there was an option to use an alias however that hasn't gone well.
